Prayers for me...as I go through a divorce

Give us this day, our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive

Thank you so much for your continue prayers. Let me tell you all, I feel more liberated each day. I think I am coming to terms with the betrayal and divorce and I’m ready to live my life.

This weekend I sense my ex-husband lost. I think he wants to to find his peace. Not sure if I was right to do this. But I told him … that I forgive him and that I hope he finds his peace. (A part of me knows this woman is not good for him, but I hope that he realizes that on his own. He is no longer my concern and I can not protect him from his own actions.)

This advent season I want to be more like Christ…loving and forgiving!

I trully believe Thank you so much for your continued prayers.

I truly believe that the evil spirits are working double time in my ex-husband. He is so blinded and little does he know he is loosing himself. He was a man of dignity and now he has lost it all. It is a shame how easily a man can loose himself when they open up the door to sin.

I feel God wants me to do something about my son (or his father). I have asked our Lord to give me the courage and grace to do what he wants me to do about my son. I ask you if you may please continue to pray that the Lord give me the grace and the understanding needed to do what is right for my son.

I welcome any personal advice.

This past Friday my son and his father went to his girlfriend’s house. They spent the night because his father was passed out drunk on the couch by 9pm. During the night’s stay my son was hit on the face with a box (left a scratch very near his eye). I understand they are 10 year boys who are just playing. However, I feel the Lord is telling me that my son needs to be told the wrong his Dad is doing. And perhaps he should no longer be allowed to go to his girlfriend’s house (although her boys and my son are school friends).

Please Lord, I want to do what is just. I feel you are needing me to do something about my son (or his father). Please, give me the grace to hear your request.

Thank you so much for your continued prayers. My son last night told me he would like to become a Priest! Although he is only 10 yrs old. It only makes me realize he is feeling God’s love despite our struggles.

Hello Everyone,
Please the battle is not over. When it come to my son’s school progress, I just can not seem to work with my ex-husband becuase his girlfriend seems to be in the way. I need God’s grace to deal with this - I feel like giving up.

I want to teach my son right from wrong. But it seems that the evil spirits are taking over this.

Please Lord, let your will be done!!
