Thank you for prayers for my friend in the hospital, in the last stages of cancer.

*One thing I ask of the Lord;
this I seek:
To dwell in the Lord’s house
all the days of my life,
To gaze on the lord’s beauty,
to visit his temple.

For God will hide me in his shelter
in time of trouble,
will conceal me in the cover of his tent;
and set me high upon a rock.

For the sake of His sorrowful passion have mercy on us and on the whole world.

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen *

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners
now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
 
Lord, please heal Miriam and draw her even closer to your Sacred Heart than ever before. May she keep strong in faith, hope and love and receive the best of medical care from her doctors. May she place all her confidence in your merciful love and be totally abandoned to your merciful love. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer. Amen.

Eternal rest grant unto Miriam, Oh Lord,
And let perpetual light shine upon her.

May her soul and all the souls of the faithful departed through
the mercy of God rest in peace.

Father in heaven we ask You that Miriam’s spiritual journey are completed quickly as she is ill and dying, so that she doesn’t have to linger long.

Please heal those whose experience of their loved ones’ final illness is distressing, including Miriam’s family. Please grant them all peace

Dear God, please encourage and protect Miriam during her process of dying.
