Prayers for my anxiety needed

I’m suffering anxiety and panic attacks daily along with intrusive thoughts of blasphemous nature and constant fear of death and going to hell. I feel unworthy of God’s love and very sad, I don’t know how to find happiness and a purpose in life, I feel so afraid right now, please in your charity pray for me.

Prayer for Mental Healing

Loving God,
You are always near us, especially when we
suffer. In Your Wisdom, I implore You to guide
Anna to medical specialists who will treat her
condition. Further, I beseech You to teach Anna
that her intrusive thoughts are symptoms of an
illness – not a sign of moral failure.

In Your Mercy, surround her with supportive
relatives and friends. Shield her from unkind
people. Please calm Anna’s fears and banish
her tormenting thoughts. Grant her the grace
to trust You in this desperate time.

I ask these favors through the intercession
of St. Dymphna and Our Lady of Mental
Peace through Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen.
