Hi all. I’ve only posted a few times, but my anxiety is getting the best of me. I’m in graduate school and can’t ever seem to catch up with my work and end up not believing in myself and having anxiety attacks which usually result in tears and lack of sleep. Just a few prayers to help me out. I’d like to be able to feel at peace at least one day. Thank you!
 
Beloved Lord please embrace BamaBelle in Your peace.
Please bless her with sufficient rest and relaxation to refresh her and help her to be more alert and more able to deal with her heavy workload.

O Lady of Mental Peace, Mother of Tranquility
and Mother of Hope, look upon me in this time
of my weakness and unrest.

Teach my searching heart to know that God’s Love
for me is unchanging and unchangeable, and, that
true human love can only begin and grow by touching
His Love.

Let your gentle Peace, which this world cannot give,
be always with me. And help me to bring this same
Peace into the lives of others.

Praying for you.
When I learned that no one ever died from a anxiety attack it realy helped me deal with mine. I always felt I was about to die, but no, Im still here, Jesus still loves me, He loves you too.
 
I also suffered with anxiety attacks I remember the first time I had one,yes they are awful. I confided in a friend and he gave me a card in honor of St. DYMPHNA, who is the patroness of those afflicted with emotional and nervous disorders Please grant Lord, through the prayers of this pure martyr, relief and consolation to all suffering such trials and especially for this soul. My prayers are with you. God Bless.
 
Mother Mary please intercede fo BamaBelle that her life will be bathed in God’s love and peace.
