Lord we thankyou for all the progress Frank is making and we are truly grateful to You for answering our prayers.We pray for all the wonderful staff who have been dedicating themselves to Franks care and I ask You to bless each one of them. Lord we continue to pray for Franks complete recovery that one day soon he will be able to attend Mass with his loving sister.Lord CradleCath has been a tremendously loyal faithful and loving sister to Frank and Martha too has been so loyal to him please bless them and grant them continued strength to deal with the emotional turmoil they each face.Lord thankyou for all Your blessings Amen

I haven’t posted in quite a while, because nothing has changed. Frank’s recovery is still progressing. HOWEVER, this past Friday he met with all of his doctor’s & they have agreed to do the reversal of the colostomy next Friday, the 11th. He has convinced himself that, compared to the other surgeries he’s endured this past year, it will be a “piece of cake”.
It usually is an uncomplicated procedure, but because of his other health issues, I don’t know. However, I’m going along with his view.

If any of you can remember to pray for him next Friday, both he & I will feel better about it. I appreciate you all so much & intend to print out every prayer in this thread & turn it into a book to give to him, the day he arrives home. (It will cost me a FORTUNE in ink, but what your prayers & the knowledge of them will do for Frank is well worth it).

Dear Lord, my Brother was sent to the hospital a year ago March 17…basically to die, as You well know. My CAF. friend’s prayer’s are what I believe saved his life. Please grant to them all the blessings that they so deserve. Watch over them & theirs until their earthly lives are finished & their eternal life begins. Thank You, heavenly Father for directing me to this site, when I was so desparate. It has been a blessing, not only for Frank, but for me.

O Holy St Jude!

Please intercede for CBCrawford, Sidhe, our new friend from Kenya & all of the other’s who have & are praying for Frank that they may be blessed during time of trouble.

Thanks Teresa, &** I forgot to ask for prayers for Martha**. I talked to her just a few minutes ago & she is dealing with troubles within her own family. She has just been bombarded this year, Frank so sick, losing her sister & now there seems to be more problems. God Bless her, she has been there for Frank when most other ex-wives would not have been.

She’s going to go down on Friday, since I think & so does Frank, that should there be any decisions to make, she should be the one to be make them. I’ll be there Sat. & we’ll go from there…
Martha is worn out mentally & physically, but she’s strong. I hope, for her sake that my other siblings will stay away on Fri. for both her sake Frank’s. When they are there, it tends to turn into a three-ring circus.

God bless this woman, dear Father. I don’t think she’s been inside of any Church since her & Frank’s wedding. She was not brought up in any faith, but I know she believes in You. Please take care of her, she’s carrying a heavy load.

Be with us all this week, though we are all poor sinners who don’t deserve Your love & Grace. As always, I ask You to especially guide & bless my CAF. prayer friends.
I’m thinking positive, praying & planning a quiet celebration for when Frank comes home. I’ll invite some of his dear friends from work, Martha of course, & my siblings. Don’t know if they’ll come or not, but it really isn’t that important to me anymore. I’m going to keep my thoughts on that party for now. God bless you all.
