Prayer for a Creative Miracle
God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from the darkness, I call upon you now to send forth your miracle-working power into every aspect of FRANK’s being. In the same way that you spoke unto the dust of the ground when you created humankind in your own image, I ask you to send forth your healing power into his body. Send forth your word and command every cell, electrical and chemical impulse, tissue, joint, ligament, organ, gland, muscle, bone and every molecule in his body to come under complete and perfect health, strength, alignment, balance and harmony.

It is through you that FRANK lives and moves and has his being. With every breath he takes, he lives under your life-giving grace. I ask you to touch FRANK now with the same miracle-working power that you used when you fashioned him inside his mother’s womb. As surely as you have created him in your image and likeness, you can also recreate him now and restore him to health.

For anyone who might be reading this thread this morning. The VA. hospital called a few minutes ago & Frank’s condition has worsened. He’s in an ambulance en route back to KU Med Center as I’m writing this. I don’t know what to pray for anymore…for his life to be saved, or for his suffering to end, his soul to be right with God…please say a prayer or two for him.

Dear Lord we ask You to do Your will for Frank.Please grant him to not suffer pain or fear and if it is Your will he should live,we ask You would heal him and if it is Your will he should join You in eternal life please forgive him his sins and take him gently that he suffers no more.Lord we leave this in Your hands to do Your will.Please comfort CradleCath and all those who love Frank.

PRAYER FOR RESIGNATION TO GOD’S WILL
Lord, if what I seek be according to our will, then let it come to pass and let success attend the outcome. But if not, my God, let it not come to pass. Do not leave me to my own devices, for you know how unwise I can be. Keep me safe under your protection Lord my God, and in your own gentle way guide me and rule me as you know best.

Saint Jude, glorious apostle, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the Church honors and invokes thee universally as the patron of helpless cases and of things despaired of.

Pray for me who am so miserable. Make use, I implore thee to bring visible and speedy help where help was almost despaired of. Come to my assistance that I may receive the grace of God in all my difficulties and sufferings and in particular … (We pray for Frank that God heals him or calls him to him so Frank no longer suffers and we pray for CradleCath and Martha and all those who love him ).

May I bless God with thee and all the elect and attain life eternal. I promise thee as my special patron and will do all in my power to encourage devotion to thee and have thee known as patron of helpless cases. Amen.

Thank you SO much Sidhe & TBC. I have a minute & had to look & reread some of your prayers. I’ve been down at KU. MED & came home last night, when I noticed a rash on my face & neck. It’s probably just poison ivy…I worked in the yard this past weekend. Still, I want my doctor to look at it & be SURE that it’s not something that Frank could catch. He’s about the same…weak & lethargic & the Med. Center is going to keep him there.

"May the Sacred Heart of Jesus be Adored, Glorified, Loved & Preserved throughout the world, now & forever. Sacred Heart of Jesus, please pray for me. Sacred Heart of Jesus I offer to you my brother, Frank. Hold him close to you during this horrible time in his life. Should it be time for him to join you in heaven, please grant him forgiveness for his sins & peace of heart.

Saint Jude, Worker of Miracles, please pray for my brother, myself & Martha. She is VERY tired. Saint Jude, Helper of the Hopeless, please pray for me, too. Please help the doctors to know what this rash is so that I can go back to the Med Center. If I can’t, help me with the guilt that I KNOW I’ll be feeling. I’m needed there, St. Jude. Amen."

They have prayed for me & my brother for 3 months, now, daily & sometimes twice daily. Bless them, pray for them, & deliver them from suffering & hurt.

Sidhe & TBC. Wanted to get back to you & tell you that this week has been a comedy of errors.🙂 & Martha & I especially appreciate you this week. Yes, I have told her about our two prayer warriors.

My doctor is on vacation, but I finally got a nurse-practitioner to look at my rash. It DID turn out to be contact dermatitis…a nice description for poison ivy/oak/sumac & a bunch of other things. He dosed me up with a cortizone shot & prednizone pills, when I told him of the situation. That was Weds.

Just as I was leaving his office, Martha called on my cell phone & told me that the doctors were sending Frank back to the VA hospital, that afternoon.

By the next morning, the rash was good enough to go see him…so my husband & I got in the car early & made the 100 MI. trip to the VA hospital. (It’s both a shorter & much easier drive. than KU. Med. center.) We got there about 9:30 AM. & no one could find Frank. They had the orders that he was to be sent back on Weds. Afternoon, but they couldn’t find him. I began to really get a sense of foreboding & finally reached KU. by phone. They had trouble finding him, also. FINALLY, we learned that he was still there…one doctor wasn’t satisfied with some test results. After all that, we just left a short message with a nurse at the Med Center & came home.

the message was:
  1. I have poison ivy.
  2. I love you.
  3. Myself & our prayer warriors are on overtime this week!!🙂
Dear St. Jude, Come to my assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolations and succor of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and sufferings, particularly my worry about my Brother, both his body & his soul, and that I may bless God with thee and all the elect throughout eternity. I promise thee, O blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, and I will never cease to honor thee as my special and powerful patron, and to do all in my power to encourage devotion to thee.

I am more concerned as the days go on, Heavenly Father. Frank is very weak & very sick & these trips by ambulance are hard on him. Please make his physical suffering as easy as it can be & MOST OF ALL, Dear Lord, let Him feel your Love. Amen

Dear CradleCath I am so relieved to learn that your rash is safe to visit Frank.God bless you & Martha & all your dear family who have been so loyal to Frank.I continue to hold you all especially Frank in my prayers.I have had a few things going on in my family so you are all in my prayers whether able to post or not .God bless

Saint Jude, glorious apostle, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the Church honors and invokes thee universally as the patron of helpless cases and of things despaired of.

Pray for me who am so miserable. Make use, I implore thee to bring visible and speedy help where help was almost despaired of. Come to my assistance that I may receive the grace of God in all my difficulties and sufferings and in particular … (We pray for Frank that God heals him or calls him to him so Frank no longer suffers and we pray for CradleCath and Martha and all those who love him ).
