Please pray for my dad…he’s in the hospital right now after fainting. He’s having a blood transfusion, and they found a spot on one of his lungs. My dad has been the rock of our family - faithful to Christ and His Church, a man of great faith, reason and compassion.

O Lord, please bring forth Your Mercy in strengthening and healing my father. Send down the Holy Spirit and surround him with Your Love and Grace. Be with our family now and may God’s will be done.

Hail Mary, full of Grace
The Lord is with Thee
Blessed are You among women
And blessed is the fruit of your Womb, Jesus

Holy Mary, Mother of God
Pray for us sinners
Now, and at the hour of our death.

We ask you this through Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit; One God forever and ever.
Amen.

Heavenly Father, please flood Your merciful love and healing upon Tonk’s father. Send down the Holy Spirit and surround him with Your Love and Grace.

Please grant that he will continue the rock of Tonk’s family - faithful to Christ and His Church, a man of great faith, reason and compassion always. Please help his family to be a rock for him now, and a source of comfort and courage to him.

Be with his family now and may God’s will be done.

We ask you this through Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit; One God forever and ever. Amen.
 
I will say a Divine Mercy chaplet for your Father and I will remember you all in my prayers today.

May our Heavenly Father look with mercy and love on your father today. Send Your healing presence to him and give him the strength needed to endure this health crisis. Give the doctors who care for him the wisdom they need to provide him with the right medicine and treatment for a full recovery. We ask this in the name of Your Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen

Thanks everyone for the prayers. My dad is now stable, but they’re keeping him in for a couple more days to do more tests. He’s weak, looks really tired, but is alert and still has his sense of humor.

I thank God that the Lord was with my parents when this happened…things could have been a lot worse!

Thanks again for your prayers. Please continue to pray for him…yesterday we got the news that he has been diagnosed with lung cancer.
