I have an addiction with chewing tobacco. It is something that has had a grasp on me for a while and cannot seem to quit. It is an embarrassment habbit that I regretfully hide from my fiancé. Today my dog got my tin and opened it up. I am not sure if he ate any or not. We went to the vet and he received treatment. I pray that he does not suffer any pain or any issues from this. I also ask for prayers to help me fight the temptation that the devil is putting forth for me to continue with this nasty habit. As unfortunate as the situation is I believe that it may be a sign from God leading me in the right direction.

Inadvertently helping you out,I’ve had pets help out before.A pet rat escaped and ‘helped’ me find something being stored by another that my little children could have found :eek:
It’s good to be upfront with the ones you love,just work with it now.
 
I’m praying for you and your dog. May God help you quit the habit and may He prevent your dog from getting sick.

You ended up being a martyr for the faith and now enjoy the Beatific Vision in full that you had glimpsed on your last day. Please pray for all unbelievers who mock our Christian faith, that they may converted as you were and praise God’s mercy for all time.
