Prayers for my Father

Please could you offer prayers for my father, he has been ill for a few weeks and the doctors did tests but could not find anything wrong with him. In the end they sent him for an x ray and discovered he has a tumor near the heart; we rushed him in to hospital yesterday and they are starting radio therapy this morning.

They are not sure what type of tumor it is and are doing a biopsy to find out.
 
Prayers will be said for your father,may he make a full recovery.

Keeping your father in daily prayer and praying too that The Lord will support you and your family, friends, greatly at this time of worry and uncertainty…
 
UPDATE:

I had to phone for the ambulance today as my father has gotten worse and had lost the abillity to support his own body weight.

Please pray for him.:gopray:

Sorry to read this, Pious. Continuing to keep your father in prayer…May The Lord strengthen him and all around him…
 
The Priest came last night and performed the annointing of the sick on my father.

We have been told this afternoon that he has 24hrs at the most to live.

Please pray that he has a safe journey.

Praying very hard for your dear Dad. I will remember him this morning at Mass and offer my Rosary for him. :console:

My father passed away peacfully at 21.00hrs on the 27th January 2008.

May he rest in peace.
