Prayers for my friend's friend

I’m in shock. My best friend posted a video on myspace of a girl we both knew, she was more her friend than mine, I only saw her a few times when I went out with my friend. I was wondering why my friend was posting a video with the title “Remembering Olga”. On her myspace she had several pictures of her so I clicked on Olga’s page, and she’s dead :eek: I don’t know what happened to her, but she’s gone. It’s such a shock. She was only 26.

I think she went on a trip and something happened to her because this just happened last wk. All the comments on her page are about her Funeral and memorial service and how much all her friend miss her and how big of a shock this was to all of them. I didn’t know her really, I mean, she was friends with my ex boyfriend, so I didn’t like her much, but I knew she was really good friends with my best friend. I met Olga back in 98 and 2 yrs ago my friend, Olga and I would go to a bar /dancing club to have a drink and dance. We did that a few times…

I’m so sad for her family. She was such a happy person and so young…

I just found out what happened to Olga. She went skiing and on her way down on the mountain, she hit her head on a tree and she went brain dead on instant. Before the dr’s knew, they were going to perform brain surgery, but when they opened her skull, her brain was so swollen that the ridges of the brain had disappeared. They did a CAT scan and did a blood dye test to see her brain function, but there was nothing. No motion, no nothing. Her parents decided to pull the plug. 😦

I feel so sad for this family. My best friend is torn by this. I can’t imagine the pain the family must be going thru…

Terribly tragic and may The Lord bring comfort and consolation to all family and friends…
May her soul and all souls through God’s Mercy rest in His Peace…
