Lormar, I just read your updates. Am praying for your Husbandeg, for you, and for the medical caregivers. Our Heavenly Father is in control and He may and can heal your Husband – His child. He is God of miracles and He does not change! 
God will help you. There is not really a “good time” for any thing bad to happen.

Thank you my friends for your continued support and prayers.
He’s still in ICU - a week now. He still is on the ventilator. The doctor doesn’t want to take it out because he’s afraid he (my husband) won’t be able to cough up completely the gook in his lungs from the pneumonia due to weakness from the stroke and his throat muscles not being used.
As for me, I am tired and cold and feeling very, very, very low. I am alone and feeling very lonely. The days are short and the nights are long and the weather is bitterly cold.
I have no idea when my husband will be getting out of the hospital as he hasn’t even made it out of ICU yet. Then, he has to go into a rehab hospital for help with the effects of the stroke. His left leg moves well, but it’s the left arm that seems to not be doing well. It’s hard to tell though because that’s the hand where they have something in his artery so they can drawn blood without having to poke around each time.
When he gets off the ventilator, possibly tomorrow, and he no longer has to be sedated, we can see more how well he moves the arm.

This must be such an emotional ride for you. I know you want to know what is going to happen and all, but what happened is going to take some serious time to get better.

He’s still in ICU, but they took him off the ventilator. He’s very confused and you can’t really hold a conversation with him. They have a feeding tube down him because he can’t swallow that well due to having that tube down his throat for almost a week.
As for me, I am utterly exhausted and can barely move. I’m no spring chicken either, and this has really taken its toll on me. Two weeks tomorrow it happened.
