prayers for my job

I posted a few days ago that I got written up at work . . .please continue to pray, I feel that matters have gotten worse.

When I spoke w/ my director IN PERSON on Friday, she approved me to make up time over the weekend. I worked 7 hours on Saturday. Now she says that he has to log at least 4 hrs of PTO for her records to show my unscheduled absense. I told her I that I wish I’d known that in advance and I did all that work for nothing.

I talked to HR and he will call my director, but it’s ultimately at her discretion. He says that if my unscheduled absence is documented in my written warning that she doesn’t need to log the time on my card to show it. I would end up getting 4 hrsOT which I neither need nor want. When your PTO bank is nearly on E, 4 hrs is a lot of time.

Please pray for me. She sent me an email to end the confusion on the matter and it basically said that in the future I will be required to use PTO for absences or go without pay if I don’t have PTO and I will not be permitted to make up my time.

Every little thing just weighs me down that much further and I feel very defeated.

Please pray for me and pray for her (even tho I’m mad at her). All of this just makes me want to quit.

I ask Him to resolve your difficulties and to give you justice and compassion from others in your personal life and employment.
