Prayers for my order to arrive

More than a month ago, I ordered some items online from a Catholic shop, because I wanted to support their community. To cut the long story short, it’s been more than a month and I haven’t received it. I have emailed several times in between, but sadly the person in charge probably isn’t really good with customer service, and not always responding to me. I have asked for the tracking number so I can see the status on USPS, but they didn’t respond. Now of course I’m regretting that I ordered from them, and even wanting to help out. One of the emails they responded to, saying that I would receive them in the last week of April.

I don’t know if they will allow for a refund, because assuming they did ship them out, then why would they give a refund?

At this point, all I want is that I receive my orders. It was a large amount, and some items are for gifting. Please pray I can receive them soon. Thanks.

praying that your order will arrive or you can find someone to help you from the company. praying you will be able to get a refund if they can’t track the order.

Praying that Catholic Shop will quickly honor your order. I also pray that you don’t take it personally. With Mother’s Day and Father’s Day on the calendar is probably filled with orders.
