Prayers for my sister's kitten

Hi, everyone. I’m watching my sister’s kitten, Marlie, while my sister serves in Afghanistan and she recently became quite sick. My husband and I took her to the vet thinking it would be a minor infection, but were told she has kidney disease and possible kidney failure. We put her on treatment and were told that if she doesn’t get better by Friday then we should put her to sleep. I can’t do that… She is still such a baby and such a joy to us. My sister isn’t even able to be here right now and this is tearing me apart. Please pray for Marlie to heal. Please, please, please.

I’m praying for Marlie. May the Lord heal her of her kidney problems.
 
Dear God, who even keeps track of sparrows, please help this little kitten to recover, if it is Your will. If not then please take the little one home with you and give this family the grace and strength to help another little kitten who doesn’t have a home, as so many kittens have no one to love them. In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen.

Thank you all so much for your prayers. I know a lot of people don’t think animals are worth praying for, but they mean so much to me. Marlie is not doing much better according to her vitals. However, I went to visit her at the hospital today and she seems to be in good spirits with more energy than you would expect. She is eating well. I’m hoping her vitals turn around tomorrow. Please keep praying. Her situation is dire and only God can help her. <3

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (Marlie). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Marlie’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Thank you all so so much. We transferred her to a specialty center yesterday. She is being closely monitored as we await more tests. We’ve found out she has a heart defect and a kidney issue (severity is yet to be determined). Please keep praying for her. She will have another blood test done this evening and I’m praying her vitals are better. <3
