Prayers for my son in Afghanistan

My son is a Marine and has already completed a tour of Iraq. He was just deployed to Afghanistan. Please pray for my son and his platoon as well as all our military and military allies, and for the people of those countries and for the conversion of all terrorists. May God touch their minds and hearts and change them. Please remember to keep the families who have lost loved ones in your prayers, also.

I know what you are going through. My nephew may have to go over there and serve another tour of duty. you bet I will pray for your son and all our servicemen and women and those who have lost their lives fighting for our country and freedom.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Dear Lord watch over and protect sherrose’s son and all the children of all our American families and allied force’s families children in Iraq and Afghanistan and end this war peacefully and change the hearts and minds of these terrorists to accept Jesus and be Catholics and turn away from their evil ways . thank you Lord for doing all this , I love you my Lord , in the name of Jesus, amen . , God Bless our troops , your brother in Christ, John

Father, we beg of you to make our military men and women
model citizens and model Christians.
Protect our marines at all times.
Make them strong, just, and charitable,
always aiming at establishing peace on earth.
We ask all of this in the name of Jesus.

Gigglin4God, if you give me the first names (not last name) of your nephew, I will add him to my prayer list. My son’s name is Chase Patrick. I pray for the ones whose names I have been given and for all.

I will pray for your son and his platoon and for their safe return home. I too would like his first name if you don’t mind. I have a list of some military persons who I pray for my name.

May The Lord keep your son safe at all times…and may He watch over and keep all our military everywhere…and may He bring Peace and mutual respect and love to peoples everywhere…
 
Praying for the safety of Chase Patrick and all who serve in our military. I know what you are going through. My son spent 10 months fighting in Afghanistan and flew more than 100 missions there and Bosnia. By the grace of God he survived and is now a civilian after 22 years in the Air Force.

I will keep BJ in my prayers. We service families need to support each other to get through the deployments. May God bless all the families of our servicemen and women, especially those who have lost loved ones.

Father, send angels to BJ and all those serving with him and all our military and allies, especially those in harms way. Send the angels before them, behind them, angels on their left side, angels on their right side, angels on all sides to guide and protect and keep them safe. Give them courage, faith, hope, wisdom, discernment, discipline, and faithfulness. Amen.

God bless your son and all who have served or are serving our country!

Marines normally have a seven month deployment unless their tour gets extended, which happened when my son was in Iraq. Thankfully, it wasn’t extended as long as they thought it would be Ten months or a year sounds like a very long time. I feel for you!

When we went for our son’s homecoming from Iraq, we met one young man there who had done three tours in Iraq and was in tears because he was leaving the Corp.
