Prayers for my son Nic please

Could the forum members please pray for my son Nic. he met up with a group of young people 2 years ago (following a bad vehicle accident) who changed his life completely. He went from being a loving son ,to one we hardly recognise. He has dropped his tertiary studies, (he was heading towards doctor) family, old long time friends, faith. I am so afraid for him. He is 23 years old and does nothing with his life.
We are at our wits end. For a short few months he seemed to be showing signs of returning to the son we knew, but he is starting his “nightlife” (out all night, sleep day) again.

Oh my gosh…I’m sorry to hear this! My prayers are with you…and may God penetrate your young son’s heart to come to Him.

who has drifted away from his family,
studies, You, and the Faith.
Grant him your grace
to see the error of his ways
and return him to the fold in Your care.

Teach his parents to stay close to him

This must be an almost overwhelming worry for you and I will be keeping Nic in daily prayer…and that The Holy Spirit will strengthen and guide you and the whole family and friends.
 
Don’t give up! What he was like before is not lost, only set aside. When this new life fails him, he will have the old Nic to return to. Praying…
