Prayers for my wife on the loss of her job

My wife was just informed this morning that she was being let go from her job. If you all would keep her in your prayers that she may find a better job (although she did love the job and company that she was with) and that she is able to work through the psychological affects of losing ones job.

Dear Jesus, in Your name please help this lady find another better job and not feel unhappy over the loss of this job.

Praying that your wife will not feel too disappointed by this job loss; that instead it will be an opportunity to take up a new challenge as she is led by God our father. You are the patron of families; do not let those who have children to support and raise lack the necessary means. Have pity on our brothers and sisters held down in unemployment and poverty because of sickness or social disorders. Help our political leaders and captains of industry find new and just solutions. Hi all… I just wanted to thank you all for your prayers for my wife. She had a difficult time of this on Friday, but over the long weekend, we decided that we would try to find a way so that she does not need to work. She suffers from migraines many times a month, and it is really hard for her to work with these. We will have to tighten our belts a bit, but by eliminating certain unneeded expenses (e.g. Cable) and other things, we think we may be able to work through this. Thank fully she only had her car payment, cell phone and a few minor bills. I’m sure it will be tough at first, but with your prayers and God’s help, we will make it. There are many others out there who are having a more difficult time than we are, but we are blessed to have your prayers.
