Ashes to ashes, dust to dust
All that is not of God must die
All that is crushed will be restored
All that is lost will be made new
God may we repent of ways that do not serve you
And admit to the tensions that tell us where we need to change
Christ is coming walking towards the cross
God may we see him clearly
Pouring out love
Pouring out mercy
Pouring out peace
May we kneel before him in humble adoration
May we take up our cross and follow
And walk with Christ into the ways of life
Amen.

the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal Jaysdec. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Jaysdec’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Praying for you. Make sure you talk to God and tell him what is going on with you. Sure he already knows but remember he wants to hear from you. He gave you a voice, so share it with him… ask him for help.
And what helps me most of all is to write down everything I eat in a journal. I even figure out the calories. It keeps me aware of what I am doing to myself…
