THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! I was able to go home today, I’m sure because all of the prayers offered up here. I was suppossed to have a procedure done called cardioversion which is basically shocking my heart back to normal rhythm but less then an hour after recieving holy communion (was at a Catholic hospital) my heart returned to normal rhythm on it’s own. Praise God!

I told my husband I prayed kind of a funny prayer after recieving communion today. I asked Jesus to come into my heart and while he was there if he could fix my rhythm that would be great.😃

I have to give my self some shots to thin my blood for a few days but other then that I’m feeling like my normal self again.

I am so touched by all the prayers offered up here on the forum. I have no doubt they were a big part of the reason for my quick recovery.

God Bless you all!

Ah, Rayne…this is so wonderful. God bless you & the great husband who gave us the chance to pray for you.

Well I just woke up from a much needed nap. Can’t ever get decent sleep in the hospital. Thank you all for the concern for my daughter, she was with my parents during the time I spent in the hosptial. She was nervous but I did my best to reassure her everything was going to be fine. She’s pretty used to me having to go into the hospital at times but she still was somewhat worried which I know is normal.

Hubby was fantastic. He came home for a few hours sleep last night (and fed our cats) and was back at the hospital before the sun came up. And he figured out how use the forum.🙂

It was not expected for rhythm to correct by itself even with the meds they were giving me. I’ve had this happen before and last time it took 3 times shocking me before my normal rhythm returned. (You’re not awake for that.)

I truly believe my quick recovery had very much to do with all the prayers offered up from you all here. I’d appreciate if you all continue to pray that my rhythm remains normal. If I go into atrial -fib and am unable to return to normal rhythm it’s my fast track to a heart transplant.

Thank you all again so much for your prayers and concern! God Bless you!

Been praying for you too, Rayne… Let me just say what a wonderful husband you have…:clapping: Thanks for the update.

I’m very happy to read here that you are home. You and your family are still in my Prayers. :blessyou: Kay

I am soo glad your doing better, and I will continue to pray for you.😃 God Bless you,Lisa

Hi Rayne,

Just saw that you had difficulties. I’ll include you in my prayers that your rhythm remain strong and steady. I’m happy to hear that everyone’s prayers, yours included, worked and that you didn’t require the shocking to get your rhythm back. That’s great.

How old is your daughter? I’m glad her grandparents are close enough that she could be left with family like that.

It was great of your husband to come to the forum and ask for everyone’s prayers for you! And even better that you were able to tell us of your quick recovery.

Take care of yourself. Know that you remain in our prayers,

CARose

Hi Rayne,

My daughter is 9 (almost 10). My parents live about 20 minutes from us. We actually have to pass their house on the way to the hospital which has worked out great on a number of occasions. I am very lucky to have them so close by.
I also have a dear friend whom I’ve know for 20 years who has helped me out with caring for my daughter in the past. She is like family too.
It certainly takes a lot of stress off knowing that she’ll be happy and well cared for so my hubby can stay with me when I’m ill.

It’s good to have you here and I’m happy that things have worked out so well for you. You are in my prayers.

God Bless,

CARose
