Prayers for RCIA Candidate

We have just started our RCIA programme and one of our candidates is going into hospital on Friday for a cancer operation. She is very afraid and feeling lonely. As she is already baptised she received the Sacrament of the Sick last night. Please pray for Gloria, for her peace and for the doctors and nurses who will take care of her.
 
Omnipotent and Eternal God,
the everlasting Salvation of those who believe, hear us on behalf of Thy sick servant

gloria, for whom we beg the aid of Thy pitying mercy, that, with her bodily health restored, he/she may give thanks to Thee in Thy church.
Through Christ our Lord.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

O Jesus Christ, Messiah and Lord,
grant me joyful acceptance of the surgery
which awaits me,
and let this be the relief and cure which I seek.
Make skilled the work of the surgeon
and that of his team
for it is unto their knowledge and skill
that I give myself for healing.
I pray You, O Lord,
that this procedure will be without complication,
and that my recovery will be speedy and complete.
Amen.
