Hi all,

I am asking for prayers for my son. He is really struggling with two classes in college and if he doesn’t pass them, he’s suspended from college. He needs a “C” in both classes overall and is really struggling to maintain that. He has finals coming up and he’s very stressed. Please, please pray for him. All his other classes he’s doing great in but these two are really taking a toll emotionally and physically.

Thank you, I’m very grateful.

Ann

Ann,

I said a prayer for your son! I thought about putting up a prayer request for my son this morning - your story is similar to ours. I pray that both of them study the right material for the right amount of time in order to get the grades God wills for them. I wish I could study for my children 😉

Blessings,
Jennifer

Praying so that your son will be free from distractions and perform well on his tests.

PATER NOSTER,
qui es in caelis,
sanctificetur nomen tuum.
Adveniat regnum tuum.
Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra.
Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie,
et dimitte nobis debita nostra
sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris.
Et ne nos inducas in tentationem,
sed libera nos a malo. Amen.

thank you both.

Jennifer, I will pray for your son as I pray for mine. Thank you so much.

Lord, please help Ann’s son to perform well on all of his exams. May you send your Holy Spirit to him to assist him as he studies and takes his exams, and give him courage. May he study hard and be not be overly anxious when he takes his exams. May he give his best and leave the rest up to you. Please help Jennifer’s son to do the same thing. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer. Amen.

Thank you my dear Ready. My son has been asking for prayers and I know these will mean a very great deal to him.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women and
blessed is the Fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners
now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

thank you reindeer.

the next two weeks are critical for him. He starts one final this afternoon and it continues until the 17th. He’s already exhausted (he has a medical issue that causes great fatigue and mental fogginess) and gets frustrated easily because of this. I appreciate the prayers, please continue! Thank you!

Jennifer, how is your son? I’m still praying for him!!

THANK YOU for all the prayers! Son passed with a “C”. He was disappointed but very relieved and thankful that he passed!

Jennifer, how did your son do on his tests?

My son managed a c as a final grade in the class he was most concerned about. The prayers helped so much that he ended up with a 3 GPA. He and I are both certain it was the prayers that made it happen. We are both so grateful! Thank you all. Ann I will continue to remember your son as I pray for my children. Best wishes,
Jennifer

prayers of thanksgiving…i managed a BS in Nursing then a MS in nursing, DH has a BA in history and an MA in special ed…college is VERY VERY VERY hard for even the best students. ann- you should be so proud that your son perservered and continued with his studies knowing the challenge ahead of him. my best advice: during summer do something completely NON school related and enjoy himself. yay!!! God is good!

thank you!! and yes God is SO good! I told my son the same thing…take the summer off and chill! He is so dedicated to his studies and that made this semester even more difficult. I told him this is a taste of trial and dedication that he would get and need in the rest of his life as well. Good lessons, even though they are very stressful. He ended up really sick after finals because of all the stress. he’s doing better now though.

Good for you and your husband with your studies and perseverance! Congratulations!!

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

I believe, of course, that a mother’s prayers are efficacious, but the prayers of someone else’s mother for my children…priceless! Thank you again and I would happy to be your partner in lifting our children to the Lord. How wonderful for us all to meet in heaven finally with this bond between us.

Happy New Year!

Jennifer
