Please pray for the souls of those who are on this difficult path to the gates of heaven.
Many of us may be there and will require their prayers.

If it please you Lord on this the celebration of your birth and the awaiting of your return, please have mercy on these the souls in Purgatory. Your Mercy far outweights any powers or sinfulness we can muster.
I ask in Jesus name.
