I own a Sunday Missal, published in 1960, for the Tridentine Mass.

I own a Daily Missal for the Ordinary Form.

Anyway, my Tridentine Mass Missal is an English Missal, that seems to be designed for use by Catholics in England (which makes sense because my English Catholic grandparents were the original owners of it).
Anyway, it has a prayer for Queen Elizabeth to be recited during the Mass. It also has a prayer for the conversion of England. Attached are some photographs:

Still recited in those places which use the EF. Prayers for the Queen are also offered in the Ordinariate Use.

They are beautiful.

Her Majesty would only have been Queen for around 8 years then.

I wonder if they were ever said here in New Zealand, or in other countries that retain Her Majesty as Head of State, such as Australia, or Canada? I shall try and find out.

Here is a picture of the Prayers for the Conversion of England:

Although it seems to be focussed on England, it does contain lists of the Days of Obligation in other English speaking countries (such as USA), and seems to have other options/prayers to be said in Ireland as well.

I don’t think that I can enlighten you at all, but I can tell you that my fiancé often says the Prayer for the Conversion of England (I now sometimes say it myself because of him). I know that he often uses the prayers for the Queen from the Book of Common Prayer, as he is a police officer and takes seriously the obligation to “well and truly serve the Queen”. I shall send him the prayer from the old Missal, as he is probably not familiar with it. Thank you for posting this here.
