Prayers for the Redemptorsitine nuns in Australia

Hi all , thank you for your continued prayers for my intentions,

I have this intention today, could you please pray for the Redemptoristine nuns in Australia as they are doing very badly with numbers, there are only 3 nuns there and I believe they are all over 50. It is really sad, I think the small numbers deters vocations.
Please pray that they will be blessed with many vocations from committed and devout young women over the coming years ahead. It is a real shame because I have been thinking about what they do since yesterday and their lifestyle is quite unique with their “Viva Memoria” always thinking about some aspect of the life of Christ.

Christine, thank you for posting this. I looked at the link you so kindly provided and, if I weren’t already married, I would look into them. They attracted me very much!

Prayers for vocations to a very beautiful life.
 
Thank you for your prayers , I have started thinking that I may actually be called there myself. I also really like the charism of the Redemptoristines. I guess what deterred me was that it has only 3 nuns there, I guess that has deterred many women sadly. It is good that they have the website that girl did for them.
 
They seem like a beautiful order, I’ll happily pray for them 🙂

Don’t let that deter you. If you enter, someone else will. Before you know it, these beautiful souls will be starting another foundation someplace else.

Seriously, I would go myself. They really do attract me.

And I love St. Alphonsus too. I don’t think I ever read anything he has written that I didn’t like. 👍

Oh no I just heard from them and the Prioress told me they are under canonical prohibition because there are only 3 of them and none are trained to be formators. How sad!!
