Prayers for the successful sale of my daughter's house

My daughter and son-in-law are purchasing a new home and selling their’s tomorrow. She is very close to her due date (expecting baby on 4/20). Please pray that all goes well with the signing of papers ( that her buyers won’t back out) and also that the baby will wait until after the signing. She has been very stressed so please add a special prayer that everything will go well with the delivery and that the baby will be healthy and normal.
