Prayers for two coworkers

I would like to make a prayer request for two of my coworkers.

First, we had a young man (Ben) that was recently injured in a car accident and is paralyzed from the neck down. To make matters worse his drug-addicted girlfriend not only sold all his belongings and took the money, but she then took his daughter and told him she was leaving him because he would never be able to support her again.

Second, this week Michael’s wife (Michael is Ben’s replacement) was rushed to the hospital with what looked like a stroke. They are fairly young and have several young children. Her condition is very rare and she was flown from the local hospital to Cleveland Clinic for treatment.

Please say a prayer for these families. Thank you & God Bless.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal Ben & Michael & Michael’s wife). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Ben & Michael & Michael’s wife’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
