PRAYERS NEEDED: 14 year old hit by car; mother receiving chemo

Brothers, Sisters, and Prayer Warriors in Christ

Today I learned of a 14 year old named M.L. who was struck by a car and has sustained severe injuries to his brain and is fighting for his life!

To add to the woe, his mother, B, is on her 3rd round of chemo!

Their family cannot seem to catch a break! Please join me in praying for them!!
 
Prayer to St. Luke:

Most charming and saintly Physician, you were animated by the heavenly Spirit of love. In faithfully detailing the humanity of Jesus, you also showed His divinity and His genuine compassion for all human beings. Inspire our physicians with your professionalism and with the divine compassion for their patients. Enable them to cure the ills of both body and spirit for M.L. and B. that afflict them this day.

Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (14 year old hit by car). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into 14 year old hit by car’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
