Praying for our Teaching Priests, the Students, and for any Medical Doctors that may be seen because it is nice to have already prayed for the Doctor (Our Lord knows who s/he will be even if not born yet ;)). Prayer of Apology and Thanksgiving because of human forgetfulness to say “thank You” to Our Lord. . . . 😉 🙂

Thank you for the prayers! It is absolutely amazing how well the classes are going! What great Teachers! Not one cancellation/postponement due to storms. Just so wonderful!

Prayer for Protection from Storms

Winter is here and . . . could affect us. Like You did not know it!
Please send Your Heavenly Angels to invade our home and area to protect us, Teaching-Priests, Students, our Families; our home, gardens, vehicles, and everything You know needs protection.

Please remember our loved ones and aid them. Please, Lord.

Once the storm is over, Lord, please leave some of Your Angels at our homes so that they may help Our Guardian Angels in keeping our home and us safe from all harm.

Yes, I admit it Lord, that when the wind picks up or it gets bad,
I might start telling them “Help!” although I do know Your Angels know what to do.
It is just that I am cowardly, Lord, and of little faith.

Please give me more faith so that I may not be as scared and believe that You,
Who calmed the seas and the winds,
are the very same Lord Whose commands were followed when You walked the earth.
Thank You, Lord.

O merciful Father,
Who have wonderfully fashioned man in Your own image,
and have made his body to be a temple of the Holy Spirit,
sanctify, we pray You, our doctors and nurses and all those whom you have called to
…study and practice the arts of healing the sick and the prevention of disease and pain.
Strengthen them in body and soul,
and bless their work,
that they may give comfort to those for whose salvation Your Son became Man,
lived on this earth, healed the sick,
and suffered and died on the Cross.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
A group of people from my diocese will start taking a “pilot” advanced course to . . . “get fed” and to help us transmit the Faith.

May I ask you to please pray to Our Heavenly Father:
  • That our Bishop will be enlightened in guiding the whole group, with his decisions during the course, and how to proceed after the course completion
  • For the safety and well-being of the two Priests who will be traveling to teach the group
  • To guide, enlighten, and protect in every way the three Priests who will be giving the course
  • For our Bishop, the Priests, and for the whole group as each tries to transmit the information/lessons learned
  • For protection, guidance, good health, and joy for each person taking the course
  • That the students may have no problems in making the commitment to attend the course and have no major difficulty in traveling to it
  • That students may attend with open minds and receptive hearts
  • That we have good weather (no snow or storms) just before, days and evenings of class
  • That Our Lord grant the whole group every blessing He has in store for the group and for which we have not asked.
    Last, but certainly not least: That Our Blessed Mother may accept the invitation at the beginning and end of the class to “come to walk with us”.
If there are no snow days, the course is scheduled to end in April 2017.
