I have not been here for a couple months. I wanted to thank everyone for their private messages and advice. Unfortunately, my husband of 17 years filed for divorce in January. I live in a no-fault state, so I have no option but to go along with it.

My husband goes before the judge tomorrow morning with our mediation agreement and we will be legally divorced. I opted not to go before the judge because I refuse to state that the marriage is irretrevably broken.

I’ve given it all up to God and am dealing with it fairly well. I ask for prayers that all parties involved do God’s will.

You will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Lord please be with GeorgiaPeach and help her through this strange and painful time in her life. Please let her feel the strong support of others, as she continues to place her trust in You, that in the end things will work out according to Your loving will.

I know what you are going through. Sometimes we don’t understand why things happen and why God allowes them to, but God does know what is best and we just have to accept what his will is. I’ m glad to here that you ave dealing with it fairly well.

Father, Give GeorgiaPeach the comfort that only you can give. Help her to be strong in her faith as she deals with the ups and downs of divorce. If its your will I pray that her husband changes his mind tomorrow for the sake of the both of them. Father tomorrow is going to be a day of sorrow for GP and I ask that you be with her in the final day. Let your will be done not ours for you know best and I intrust that you will give her the comfort that she is in need of. In Jesus’ name. Amen

**Praying that God’s will be done in this situation, GeorgiaPeach, and that our God will grant you peace.

Remember, O gracious
Virgin Mary, that never was
it known that anyone who
fled to thy protection, implored thy
help or sought thy intercession was
left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence,
I fly to thee,
O Virgin of Virgins and
my Mother; to thee I
come, before thee I kneel,
sinful and sorrowful;
O Mother of the Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions, but
in thy mercy, hear and answer me.
Amen.

Hail Mary full of grace
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb
Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now
and at the hour of our death.
Amen

For your intentions…

Father, I belong to you.
I place myself anew in your hands
and acknowledge you as Master and Lord of my life.
Grant me the gift of a forgiving heart
and cleanse me of any anger,
hostility or revenge.
Heal my hurts and wounds and teach me to rely on your love.
Grant me wisdom of heart
and strengthen me by your grace to move on in faith,
in trust and in love.
Thank you Lrod for you love in my life.
Amen

O Christ Jesus,
when all is darkness
and we feel our weakness and helplessness,
give us the sense of Your presence,
Your love, and Your strength.
Help us to have perfect trust
in Your protecting love
and strengthening power,
so that nothing may frighten or worry us,
for, living close to You,
we shall see Your hand,
Your purpose, Your will through all things.
Amen

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now,
and at the hour of our death.
