Prayers needed for Ella, Nan, & Frank

Ella: 93 years old. Fell injuring her back and head. She is in the hospital.
Nan: Was just diagnosed with cancer nodules in both lungs.
Frank: Requested prayers

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, like a watchful shepherd you care for us,
and provide us with all that we need. You shower us with your love
and send people into our lives to help care for us, especially in
time of sickness or pain.

I pray for healing for myself and for all who suffer because of illness
or advanced age. I especially pray for Ella and Nan.

In the midst of our pain and weakness, strengthen our faith that we
may be filled with hope in you.

In the midst of our frustrations and discouragement, give us patience
that we may accept our own limitations.

In the midst of our loneliness and fears, help us to know we are not
alone, that you walk with us each moment of our lives.

Be with us, Lord, in our time of need. Heal us in body, soul and
spirit that we may rejoice in your grace and blessings in this world,
and come to enjoy the fullness of your presence in the life to come.
We make this prayer in your name, for you are our
Risen Lord, Jesus.
Amen

My Jesus, my Friend, walk with Frank today.
Hand in hand, guide him to learn and to
know what is good. Arm in arm, help him
to grow in his faith and love for others.
Side by side, stay by him to protect him
and show him your ways. Heart to heart,
help him to pray and to be all that you want
him to be.
Thank You, Jesus, for the special love
You have for us.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (Ella, Nan, & Frank. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Ella, Nan, & Frank’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
 
I just said a prayer to Mary for Ella, Nan and Frank. God bless you.
