Prayers needed for my DH and myself

My DH came down with the flu. He cld from work this AM and sounded terrible. He said that he was really sick but couldn’t leave until everything was done. His company is on maintenance outage right now so things are really tough. Anyway, he came home, ate, and went right to bed. He looks awful. Please pray that it’s only 24 hr. hours and that he feels better.

As for me, I am in a “hormonal flare up” with my Crohn’s (thank God for NFP that I can determine this). and my symptoms are making me feel sore at this point plus my plumbing isn’t normal right now. I just need prayers that this will pass soon so I can get back to my normal routine.

Omnipotent and eternal God, hear us on behalf of Thy sick servants, Lisa and her DH, for whom we beg the aid of Thy pitying mercy, that, with their bodily health restored, by your will, they may give thanks to Thee in Thy Church. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Praying for you and your husband. My niece has Chron’s, it’s a horrible disease and I pray for sufferers daily.

Miracles DO happen via the power of faith and prayer. God bless everyone who has contributed to praying for us.

Please continue to pray for those afflicted with Crohn’s as this is a very difficult illness to live with.
