I currently have an offer on my house.

I would request prayers that I make it through the home inspection and that that the
appraisal meets the asking price. The close of escrow is February 22nd because I have
a tenant.
Pray that the next 54 days go well and that I stay wise and alert to these realtors who seem to be working more for themselves in spite of how much commission they will
be paid in the end.

I wasn’t happy with the home inspection report. The buyer has the option of backing
out. God is in charge. Praying for God’s will.
Prayers appreciated for this stage of the home selling process and God grants me wisdom on what to do next.
