Prayers needed immediately

I have been praying for my non-Christian family members for a long time. As I understand it, my grandma (who is not Christian) is in hospice and it appears she does not have much longer. Please pray for her soul. There are many prayer-warriors on this forum who I think can do much more with their prayers then I can. Please, please, please pray for her and the rest of my family. But especially her. I love my grandma. Please petition the Divine Mercy for her.
