Firstly, let me apologise for leaping straight in with a prayer request before I have properly introduced myself, but I am facing a meeting with my managers at work this morning at 11.30am (UK time) and I very much fear the outcome will be me, minus one job. My managers have decided that I am careless, leave tasks unfinished and am not a team player - although my colleagues would say otherwise. I was told in April that my performance needed to improve, but I wasn’t given any guidance or support on how and where I needed to make these improvements. I have had no support from my managers at all, I have literally been left to get on with it. I’m still in my 6-month probationary period, which means they can just get rid of me. My mother will go absolutely mad if I lose this job, I’ve been forced to move back in with her and my dad and things are not so great anyway. I need your prayers. Please ask God to grant me just a few more secure months in this job, so that I can begin to find something else in earnest and move on at my pace, not at the pace of my managers.

I thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers. God bless you.

LisaJayne, Your anxiety is understandable; and I pray that you will be able to either keep your employment or quickly find other work.
I pray that you can find the stability and creativity in work and work processes that will make you respected as an individual and a team player. Best wishes in your meeting today.
Whatever happens I pray that you and your parents will have faith in a better future for you. God grant you and your family peace and security.
Trishie

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amoung women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God:
Pray for us, sinners, now and at the our of our death. Amen

“May the Sacred Heart of Jesus be Adored, Glorified, Loved & Preserved throughout the world, now & forever. Sacred Heart of Jesus, please pray for LisaJayne. Saint Jude, Worker of Miracles, please pray for LisaJayne. Saint Jude, Helper of the Hopeless, please pray for Lisa Jayne. Amen.”

I know first hand how hard this is. I lost my job on friday and still don’t know why. My husband has pancreatic cancer and maybe the drs. phone calls andmy taking time to take him to treatment was part of it. I’m praying very hard for you. God will not let you down. When one door closes, another opens. A better door opens. I went through the same difficulty before…not knowing WHAT I was doing wrong because no one would talk. For me, I work in law and I wish i had been a nurse. Law is the only thing I know and our economy here in Florida makes it very hard to find a job. We are facing losing our home, too…I pray that God will lead you to a GOOD job and lighten your stress and the heavy load you carry. Your sister in Christ, Diane

Praying very hard for you!
May God lead you to where
he wants you to be.
Follow HIM, trust HIM, he will
lead.

Thank you all so much for your prayers and kind thoughts. My managers have decided to extend my probationary period by two months, so I really need to make sure I prove myself to them. This is exactly the result I prayed for, so I thank God with all my heart. He truly is amazing.

You are all such lovely people. Thank you.
