Prayers Needed Please

Hello all,

I continually find uplifting messages and kind words from others here which make me feel better. Thank you. Please pray for my wife and I right now. Our problems are minor but anxiety and depression can take a hold of you and make you truly feel as if there is no hope sometimes. Please pray that I will put more faith into God’s plan for me and worry less about my future. I badly desire a new job due to an uncomfortable situation with my employer and a dead-end prospect in IT due to my inability to learn new technologies. Please also pray for my wife, who is not a believer but wishes to live a moral life, she has good intentions, pray that our Lord will guide her to know Him. We also would like to move out of our town due to the worry that we will be stuck here forever. Pray that God’s will will be shown to us in this respect. My needs are but a trifle compared with the intentions here. I just feel as though I may have a nervous breakdown sometimes. Thank you in advance. God Bless.
 
Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us, so that in difficult moments we might not despair, nor become despondent, but with great confidence, submit ourselves to Your Holy Will, which is Love and Mercy itself. Amen

May the Lord guide and sustain you in this trial.

Your needs aren’t trifling, in fact major if you feel you could have a stress breakdown…

I ask the Holy Spirit to help you grow in faith and hope and to life you both from depression. I ask Him to help you both towards a new acceptance or towards a new beginning in work and location, if that is best.

I ask God to help you to know and experience him more fully, and that your wife will also come to know and love God in faith.
