Prayers Needed

I am contemplating on leaving the Bible Study Group that I have been in for a long time, nine years in fact. I would like to start a new group but I’m afraid to do it. The bible group I’m in now just doesn’t have the same excitment for me that it once had. I don’t want to hurt the members feelings by leaving and starting my own group but I’m finding that I’m making more excuses lately for not attending bible study with them.

I need your prayers most of all but I also would like your comments and ideas.

Dear Lord, help Stephanie discern what she should do about starting a new group at her parish. Send your Holy Spirit to Stephanie and inform her heart how she could start a new group without offending her friends in the old Bible study group. I don’t understand what kind of group she wants to start, but I don’t see anything offensive in starting another group for the parish to enjoy. If Stephanie wants to start a new Bible study group, that might create problems with the old members, yes, but maybe she could start a new group involving the Bible without it being an official Bible Study Group. Maybe she could start a prayer group or a group devoted to Mary where the scriptures could be read and discussed. I pray that things work out for Stephanie and that she is able to bring new life to her parish family. I pray that the people in the Bible study group are open to another group for them to enjoy at the parish. Amen.
