My son is seriously ill in what could be a lifelong disease. Please pray for him and for me and his mother who are trying to cope.

Blessed be the will of God.
Jesus I trust in you.

A PRAYER FOR A SICK CHILD
St. Gerard, who, like the Saviour, loved children so tenderly and by your prayers freed many from disease and even death, listen to us who are pleading for our sick child. We thank God for the great gift of our son and ask Him to restore our child to health if such be His holy will. This favour, we beg of you through your love for all children and mothers.

I pray that the son will get well and stay well geting the best possible treatment. I pray that peace will flow in the family as you do your best to cope with this new possible lifelong disease, God please help rid or minimize this out of their life to the maximum extent possible, I this I pray in your name Amen.

To St. Anthony Mary Claret, during your life on Earth you often comforted the afflicted and showed such tender lover and compassion for the sick and sinful. Intercede for me now that you rejoice in the reward of your virtues in heavenly glory. Look with pity on Simeon’s son and grant my prayer, if such be the will of God. Make Simeon’s son’s troubles your own. Speak a word for Simeon’s son to the Immaculate Heart of Mary to obtain by her power intercession the grace Simeon’s son yearns for so ardently, and a blessing to strengthen him during life, assist him at the hour of death and lead him to a happy eternity.
