Prayers please for my daughter's closing on her house and the selling of her old house

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us, and increase your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments we might not despair,
nor become despondent, but with great confidence,
submit ourselves to your holy will,
which is Love and Mercy itself.

The buyers of the house want a $5,000 reduction in price due to the inspection … my daughter can’t afford to give it to them … she offered them $1,000 … we have to wait and see if they still want to buy the house for that.
 
St. Joseph, please intercede on the sale of this house so that both parties involved can be satisfied.

Thank you to everyone that continues to pray for my daughter’s selling of her house … she needs to sell it soon because she already closed on the new house … the current buyer is giving her a hard time … pray that they come to an agreement.

Well the buyer agreed to the terms and conditions, so now the sale of the house is scheduled for August 7th … just praying that nothing goes wrong between now and then.

So far so good … no bad news … just hoping everything goes well with the closing … August 7th can’t get here soon enough.
