Prayers Please

If this prayer request is ridiculous I apologize however with all that’s going on particularly in Texas at the moment I just would feel better if some prayers were sent my way. I’m sure by now you all know of the Ebola epidemic and how it’s hit Texas. Well next week for three days an oil show is happening in my hometown and 12 people (possibly more) from Africa are coming here. The health department has not canceled the show and they say they are taking every precaution necessary but it still worries me. I am not attending the show but many others will be there. It’s given me anxiety and stress and prayers for myself and those attending the event would be appreciated.

I might think that extra precautions are now in effect for any potential issue of bringing Ebola to the United States. I pray this is the case.

It’s not ridiculous, Ashley, as it’s a serious illness and it’s natural that you and others would feel uneasy and frightened when it is not a distant occurrence, but something that has come into your own safe State, and what seems like a potential threat in your own hometown.
Be assured of my prayers. May God keep all safe in your hometown, your State, and your nation.

May God bless and help all who are affected and all who are threatened by this fearful disease.
