Please pray for me. My health is not doing well again. My Fibromyalgia pain and fatigue have become severe and treatment resistant. They think the surgical menopause put it in overdrive. I can’t do the housework or go out of the house much. I’m back in bed most of the time. After the almost year of severe pain from the Endometriosis and now this. I don’t know why I am just destined to suffer, it seems endless. Please pray for me. Thank you!

Prayers offered for the easing of your pain, Convert. :console:

Eternal God in whom mercy is endless
and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us and increase your mercy in us
so that in difficult moments we may not despair nor become despondent,
but with great confidence, submit ourselves to your holy will,
which is love and mercy itself.
Amen.

Praying very hard for your recovery, health and well-being, and for comfort during this difficult and painful time.

Please note covert that you are in my prayers. I have seen many women suffer through this condition when I was undergoing fertility treatments. While I am not sure what it is, I have always been told it is painful. I will also pray for your doctors that you can get through this.

I’m so sorry to hear this, Convert!!! I will definitely pray for you.

Thank you all so very much for your prayers. They mean so much! :hug1:

It is. I’ve had it since I was 11, which is rare. I’ve spent my life in various levels of pain, fatigue and functioning. It has periods where it is worse than others. This is just one of the very bad times. It feels more intense now and I learned that it often becomes more severe after menopause. Hopefully the meds kick in soon. No luck yet.

I hate to keep asking, but I need continued prayers. My Fibromyalgia pain and fatigue are still keeping me homebound and unable to do much of anything. Basic life tasks are a huge hurdle that I can’t always get over. Meds still aren’t helping. Please pray. Thanks so much! :hug1:

I’m so sorry to hear this. I hope your pain is being treated, but also that you and your support system are dealing with Pain’s mean friends–Fear and Despair. It must be scary not knowing when you’ll start to feel better, or if you’ll ever be able to hold a job, go grocery shopping, etc. The uncertainty may tempt you to despair. You’ve shown so much strength in your posts so far, and I hope you’re able to lean on Jesus in the knowledge that He has, ultimately, conquered pain and death and all brokenness; but I also hope that you’re getting the mental, emotional, and spiritual support that you need. Counseling, reaching out to the people who care about you, asking for help–these are all good things.

As for us, don’t apologize for persisting in asking for prayer. It is a grace and benefit for us to be able to come to the Lord and ask for His intercession. May He bless you richly.

Don’t be sorry for asking. I will renew my prayers for you!
