Had a couple biopsies today. Please keep me in prayer. It looks pretty certain I have a benign basel-cell type lesion on my face–highly treatable, very common and rarely serious. A grandfather had a regular series of these starting in his late sixties and lived to be well over a hundred.
Most disconcerting, a lesion on my back shows possible characteristics of a pre-melanoma. This is the cancer which took my father at 37, so obviously gets my attention a good deal more. This could prove to be non-concerous and was biopsied ‘just to be sure’. I’ll know the results in a few weeks.
Prayers requested.
Thanks!
