Long.story short, my dad already has the weit of execution, meaning the company should pay him that is rightly his, due to their bad doings or mismanagement. They are pressuring us to sign the compromise agreement, when we have emailed them several times about the issues and we can only agree if thr issues are ironed out if they comply. They now keep asking if we have signed. Now, our lawyer sucks. Lawyers should be working for their clients, not the opponent. The lawyer is demanding their success fee from my dad. Now the problem isn’t fixed yet. We have not received what is due us, lawyer is asking for their fees. The option is to look for another lawyer that is good, but even that is hard. If we don’t pay the lawyer the success fee even if we haven’t agreed to anything, they might file a lawsuit.

Please pray that my dad justly gets what is due him (since the court already has a decision via the writ. But implementation is another thing, and they are a big co./conglomerate) that the lawyer would stop ask8ng for the success fee since they are also pressuring us to sign the compromise agreement. And that we find a good lawyer. Thank you for he prayers.

PRAYER IN A TIME OF TRIBULATION

O Lord, hear my cry pouring out from a troubled heart. The sorrow which clutches at my soul has driven me to You my protector, my True Friend in time of need. You know, my God, all my failings, my faults and my sins as well as the torment gripping my soul. I pray that God resolves this legal situation and that He grants you a good lawyer. Amen.
 
Having seen a family I love going through a similar battle, your family rights in this matter will be much in my prayers.

A Prayer for Justice

Lord God, Redeemer of humankind, grant @fin’s father
victory in his current legal struggles. Though people are
fallible, through You justice can be had. Thank You, Lord
Jesus for hearing our prayers. Amen.
