Thank you TBCrawford and GraceAngel for your prayers. I have not found an attorney to represent me. Unfortunately, I do not qualify for any legal aid either. There is an organization that I would qualify for a sliding fee, however, they turned me away because my soon-to-be ex and I attended a few fundraisers but he never volunteered or worked for them. Please pray the the Holy Trinity to guide me. I need to find an attorney who will properly represent me. I hope that the judge will allow discovery to reopen as well. My former attorney did a poor job and I still have a balance with him. He just sent me a bill a few days ago. I haven’t lost faith in God but I have lost faith in this unfair Family Court System.

Greetings,

Sorry I have not posted anything in some time now. It has been hectic. I retained a new attorney after the the previous one withdrew from my case after charging me a large amount. It is not looking good for me. The soon-to-be ex claims he makes less than me, a part-time employee. Most of his clients pay him cash but he does not claim it to the IRS. He is committing tax evasion. Please pray that I get a positive settlement or outcome. He has spent thousands on marital dissipation, does not pay legal fees, and makes much more money than I do. Please pray we are able to find evidence and that the judge sees through him. Not to mention that he continues to expose my daughter to his mistresses. My soon-to-be ex has had a new girlfriend who is 17 years younger. My innocent child has witnessed inappropriate behavior for the last 3.5 years!

Thank you TBCrawford, Fiona Margaret, and Grace Angel for your prayers!! Please continue to pray. I will meet with my soon-to-be ex and my chid’s attorney to attempt to avoid the trial. We do not have evidence of the his actual salary because the majority of his clients pay him cash but he does not report it to the IRS. I only want whats fair for my daughter. I am not asking for maintenance. Our meeting is tomorrow at 12:30 p.m. Central Standard Time. Please pray for me. God Bless.

We have settled out of court; however, my lawyer made a mistake when drafting the settlement agreement. Please pray that we may correct that mistake. The greatest joy I have is that I have custody of my child! We were unable to prove my soon-to-be ex’s income because he does not report it. Please keep praying for me!! God bless you!!
