St. Anthony isn’t the patron of lost things, he’s actually a very lonely raging kleptomaniac who only gives you your things back when you talk to him.

I can’t recall a time when praying to St. Anthony didn’t work! I’ll join you in your prayers to find your wallet.

St. Anthony always helps me. However, sometimes I have to escalate the request.
First, I simply ask for help. If he doesn’t, I offer to say three Hail Marys in his honor. If that doesn’t do it, I’ll up the ante to a decade of the rosary. I think once or twice I had to go to the whole rosary
As I said, though, he always helps eventually.

Something/one Is Lost And Cannot Be Found”
My mother taught me the above prayer when I was a little girl and have used it COUNTLESS times with COUNTLESS good results. And the times when St. Anthony could not answer my prayers, it was to teach me a lesson, I’m sure.
Last night, I actually was saying the final prayer in a Novena to St. Anthony for some very serious personal issues and have had some good news already. If you would like it, I’ll try to post it here or in a message.
