Hello All -
I’ve been asked to clean some altar linens (linens only, no vessels) from a private chapel. I found the details of that from this old thread: forums.catholic-questions.org/showthread.php?t=159073 (a wonderful example of the search function!!

However, I’m wondering if those of you who do this on a regular basis have any prayers you say before, during, or after this activity?
I’m about to go and put everything to soak right now, so I’ll check back in a bit to see if anyone has any suggestions.
I will probably be doing this again in the future, so would love some ideas, so I’m not just thinking about silly irrelevant things or letting my mind just wander. I will probably just generally pray anyway, but if there is anything specific you suggest I would love to hear it!
