Can everyone join me and my husband in your prayers as we have been trying to conceive for nearly 3 years for a baby unsuccessful and we found out we may need ivf after some tests was done on my husband and he had a scan and we get the results on Friday to see is there sperm in the testes please pray everything goes all right for us and we conceive a baby as that’s all we want is a child of our own thank you Jesus for everything u have done for us so far and thank you all in advance xxxxxxx god bless you all xxxx
 
Praying for your intention to concieve a child. I can not pray for ivf as it is considered a grave sin because it involves killing fertilized eggs (i.e. People) in order to get the one viable one. Catholics are called to a live virtuous and supernatural lives, trusting in God to answer prayers and not resort to take matters in our own hands especially when they are immoral. Many of the miracles in the OT were about barren women who concieved a child. Read about Samuel’s mom Hannah in the Bible and how she trusted in the Lord. (1 Samuel)

Philippians 4:6-7 : Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Prayer for a Woman Seeking to Have a Child

Mother of Christ and Mother of us all, you were graced
by God with the privilege of bearing the Divine Savior.
Please intercede before the God of all life, that Mary and
her husband may conceive a baby.

May they raise a healthy child, with whom they can share
the Lord’s good gifts. May this child honor you and the Lord
by living a life of virtue and caring for others. May this family
be blessed with health, happiness, and abiding love. Through

Father please bless this couple and by your grace and the power of the Holy Spirit may they conceive a health baby. May this family raise the baby in Christ and help spread the good news of your word. In your name, Jesus amen!
 
i will pray that you conceive a child naturally, if that is God’s will.

Sorry, but i will not pray for you to have a child through ivf, as it seems to be, as I understand it who you have written this post. I hope that it is not what you mean.
