Praying for someone who is unpleasant and rude to me

I am praying for a person I work for at my new job who has been very rude and unprofessional to me. Her behavior and actions are affecting my ability to earn a good income. It seems like she formed a negative opinion of me and I am praying that her opinion of me becomes an extremely positive one. It is vital to my success at this new job and to my future at this company that she views me positively. She has control over my advancement and seems to be stalling my training program.

Obviously I am not happy being treated this way when I’ve worked hard and been extremely nice to her. But she has an extremely serious, possibly terminal, illness and even though it is still petty and wrong of her to interfere with my earning a living, I pray that she is not in pain and is able to enjoy being around me and actually really likes me. I pray that God gives me the right words and strategy to win her over and for any dislike she has for me to be melted away.

I pray that her opinion of me is converted almost overnight to a positive one and that she moves the training process forward for me and even helps me out a lot so that I can be successful. I pray that she treats me kindly and respectfully and genuinely likes me.

Before getting this job 2 months ago, I prayed EVERY SINGLE DAY for 15 months that I would be hired by this company and be successful and happy. I pray that everything suddenly is smoothed over and that these difficulties I’m having with this woman are a thing of the past and that I am soon thriving at this company.
