Hi, can anyone help me please to explain why I felt something tingling sensation inside my body especially my whole legs after praying rosary?. Sometimes my legs, arms and chest are tingling.

Hi @Cathycat ! If you were in a position that might’ve been uncomfortable or you were sitting for that amount of time, it could be normal, but I am no expert on praying positions. Hope this helps!

Praying the rosary takes work. Sometimes I stress out and start to feel physically quite bad. Could be the way you are sitting.

Im not sitting, I always lying on my back when I pray.

Sense of intense warmth and tingling when praying Rosary Spirituality

I have just finished saying my Rosary prayers for tonight but have some questions as it felt quite different for me tonight. When I reached about half way through I got an immediate sense of intense warmth throughout my body and a tingling sensation in my temples on both sides running down my face. Is this connected to my prayers or do you consider it to be something else?
