Praying I get the job

I will soon find out if I’m being hired for a wonderful dream job I interviewed for 2 weeks ago. It seems like a blessing and part of God’s plan for me to get this job, but I am worried and thinking negatively because of past rejections and negative experiences.

Please pray for me to have faith and patience as I wait to hear, and that I block out all negativity and think positively. I hope this IS what God wants for me - to have this job.

Please pray that I soon receive the wonderful news that I am hired for the job, in spite of my worries and fears.
 
thank you - i have so much anxiety and am assuming the worst, because of numerous past rejections for jobs in this field. i have started to believe it is going to be another rejection. I am very afraid of that, and i am trying to let go and let God, and consider the possibility that He does not want this for me. But I pray so hard that it IS what He wants for me and He is blessing me with it soon.

You are the patron of families; do not let those who have children to support and raise lack the necessary means. Have pity on our brothers and sisters held down in unemployment and poverty because of sickness or social disorders. Help our political leaders and captains of industry find new and just solutions. May each and every one have the joy of contributing, according to his abilities, to the common prosperity by an honorable livelihood. Grant that we may all share together in the abundant goods God has given us and that we may help underprivileged countries. Amen.

Blessed St. Anthony, who in life was ever mindful
of the needs of the afflicted, consuming himself

I do not think it is part of God’s plan for me to get this job. All signs indicate it isn’t. Thank you for your prayers. I know God has something better for me down the road.
