Praying to a Saint?

Is it fine to pray to a saint to talk to God for me. Or pray to one period; but I know it’s not worshipping.

And is it okay to pray to one that’s not even really a saint at all but I am sure she went to heaven??

Yes, it is perfectly fine! It is encouraged, in fact.

The Church’s law prohibits the public veneration of people whom the Church has not identified as being in Heaven, however there is no prohibition on private devotions or prayer to a faithfully departed individual whom you are confident is in Heaven.
